ELVIRA SLIVCIUC, RESTAURANT MANAGER
Elvira Slivciuc has spent over a decade building her career through some of London’s most respected dining rooms. She began at The Dorchester as a Commis Waiter, where a grounding in fine dining service set the standard for everything that followed. Within three months she had been promoted to Waiter, an early sign of the drive and attention to detail that would define her progression.
She then joined Launceston Place, working alongside Ben Murphy, and rose quickly from Head Host to Maître d’ to Restaurant Manager within a year. It was there that she developed her leadership philosophy: that exceptional hospitality begins with an exceptional team empowered to perform, and that the difference between good service and memorable service lies in the details.
When Ben moved to 74 Charlotte Street, Elvira came with him. Joining a month before opening, she helped build the restaurant’s service culture and operational standards from the ground up.
